My name is Cecilia Roman, FNP and I am a nurse practitioner and founder of Roman Family Practice, PLLC. I have dedicated my nursing career to the Killeen/Fort Hood greater community. As an Army brat, I have lived all over the U.S.; but my family and I chose Central Texas to call our home. I am a proud Alumni of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Masters of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and graduated with honors. When asked why I chose nursing as a career , I can honestly say that chose me. Taking care of my patients does not feel like work to me. Instead, caring for patients fulfills me and I feel very privileged to be an important part of so many peoples lives. When I care for my patients I can't help but feel like I am taking care of a member of my family.

Jessica Kim serves as our PCC. She has more than 25 years of administrative healthcare experience. Jessica is always available helps our patients navigate the confusing and tortuous healthcare world. She is an expert with nearly all brands and types of health insurance plans and helps our patients better understand their healthcare benefits.
Jessica is an Alumni of University of Texas and holds a Master’s degree in Education. Her experience in education is apparent everyday as she guides patients through their healthcare journey. Jessica holds a wealth of knowledge and shares freely an abundance of information with every patient she encounters. When not working Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, yoga, mountain biking, reading and traveling the world. Our patients should feel free to approach Jessica with any of your care coordination questions.

Ms. Holmes is a graduate of Vista College. Graduated with honors as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant. Ms. Holmes is knowledgeable in the health care needs of our patients. Roman Family Practice is blessed to have her working with us in treating our patients in the Killeen area.
She states, " I've lived in the Killeen area for 10 years. Married my high school sweetheart and we have six beautiful children. My Hobbies include spending time with my family and traveling when time permits. I am excited to take care and look forward to talking with patients."
